Woodmont by Meritage Homes — **WOODMONT, Smyrna TN (4409 Winslet Drive Smyrna, TN 37167)**

Woodmont is a project in Smyrna with Meritage Homes.

Goodwin Farms (42 houses) is a project we did with Dream Finders Homes. We started and completed this project.

River-North-1 — **RIVER NORTH, Nashville TN (2135 Waterside Dr. 37207)**

We are in the final stages of this project with Archer Western. Buildings D&E are concrete podium and wood stick frame 7 story apartment buildings, in Downtown Nashville TN, while building A is a full concrete steel mixed use. Buildings D & E houses 651 units in total.

This is an ongoing project with American Constructors Incorporation. 5th & Summer is a concrete podium and wood stick frame apartment building, located in Nashville TN, with 107 units.

**PLACER RETIREMENT, Roseville CA (3905 Old Auburn Road Roseville, 95661)**

This is an ongoing project with Hawthorn Construction Group. It is a 3 story wood stick senior living complex, located in Placer CA, that houses 145 units.

RANCHO C — **BEAR HOLLOW ESTATE, Rancho Cordova CA (10851 Bear Hollow Road, 95670)**

This is an ongoing project with Hawthorn Construction Group. It is a 3 story wood stick senior living complex, located in Roseville CA, that houses 149 units

Aspire Midtown 1 — **ASPIRE MIDTOWN, Nashville TN (1801 Patterson Street, 37203)**

Aspire in an ongoing project with Merus (fka Al Neyer). It is a full concrete steel frame 14 story luxury apartment building, located in Nashville TN, with 278 units.

**CLARENDALE AT WEST END, Nashville TN (3416 Park Drive Nashville, 37203)**

Clarendale is a project in its final stages with Ryan Companies. It is a concrete podium and wood stick frame apartment, located in Nashville TN, with 168 units.

Athena is an ongoing project with Richland Building Partners. It is a full concrete steel frame 5 story luxury apartment complex, located in West End Nashville TN, with 51 units.

804 14th AVE — **14TH AVE, Nashville TN (804 14TH AVE, 37203)**

This is an ongoing project with ZMX. This project is a concrete podium and wood stick frame apartment with 60 Unit above housing.
